The TOPRO Taurus H Walker – Steerable via the forearms. Basic & Premium.
The TOPRO Taurus H is a professional walker with forearm supports. It was developed for people with gait instability or limited hand strength and is used both in everyday life and in rehabilitation and nursing care.
It offers stable support forwards and sideways and can be maneuvered with little effort thanks to four swiveling wheels. The central column also makes it easier for nursing staff and therapists to access the patient for support.
Particularly noteworthy is the stepless height adjustment of the arm supports, which is supported hydraulically or by a gas spring. This allows the Taurus H to assist with standing up. An easy-to-read height scale makes it possible to quickly restore once-found settings and is ideal for multiple users.
The TOPRO Taurus H is TÜV-tested according to EN ISO 11199-3 (standard for walkers) and thus meets high safety and quality standards.
What makes the TOPRO Taurus H special?
The Taurus H is not a classic rollator, but a walker for maximum guidance and safety.
It offers:

- Support for body heights of approx. 140–210 cm
- No seating option
- Suitable for use in damp environments, e.g. in the bathroom

- Foot brakes on all four wheels
- Four swiveling wheels with approx. 12.5 cm diameter for door thresholds and carpet edges
Difference between Taurus H Basic and Premium
The Taurus H Basic offers the proven basic function with stable forearm supports and hydraulic height adjustment for safe walking in everyday life and in rehabilitation.
The Premium version extends this basis with individually adjustable hand grips, brakes on both hand grips, and lockable rear wheels for stable straight-ahead driving. The driving and parking brake acts on both rear wheels simultaneously. In addition, the grips can be adjusted forwards and sideways.
If you attach particular importance to additional control and adaptability, you should opt for the Premium version. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
