Delivery Times

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
Deliveries within Europe usually take 6 to 14 business days.

In exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer. If this happens, we will inform you immediately via E Mail.

Minimum Order Value

There is currently no minimum order value.

Shipping Within Germany

We charge shipping costs starting from €4.99 per order for deliveries within Germany.

The exact shipping costs depend on the ordered product and your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout. Shipping is carried out via DHL, FedEx, or GLS.

Shipping Within the EU

Delivery within the EU takes 4 to 8 business days after receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer. In this case, we will inform you via E Mail.

For shipping to other European countries, we charge at least €24.50 per order. The exact shipping costs depend on the ordered product and your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping is also carried out via DHL, FedEx, or GLS.

Shipping Outside the EU

Shipping outside the European Union is currently not offered as a standard service.
