Your tasks

• Telephone and digital advice for customers regarding rollators and mobility aids
  
• Support with product selection, customization and use
  
• Answering questions about health insurance subsidies and accessories
  
• Documentation of consultation sessions in the internal system
  
• Close collaboration with our product and service team
  

Your profile

• Completed training or experience in a medical supply store, rehabilitation technology or medical trade
  
• Enjoyment of providing empathetic, service-oriented advice
  
• Basic technical understanding of mobility aids
  
• Safe handling of computers, email and telephone consultation
  
• Independent, structured work style
  
• Friendly and empathetic communication
