Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration, for example by letter or E Mail, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Loss in Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Special Notice Regarding the Optional Assembly Service
If you additionally booked an optional assembly service, the following applies to this service:
If you expressly request that we begin performing the assembly service before the withdrawal period expires, and at the same time confirm that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal for this service once the service has been fully performed by us, your right of withdrawal for the assembly service expires upon complete performance of the service.
If you withdraw from the contract for the assembly service after expressly requesting that we begin the service before the withdrawal period expires, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs,
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Voluntary 36 Day Return Policy (Total of 50 Days Trial Period)
Independently of your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary additional 36 day return policy for many items.
Requirements
The goods must be complete and may only have been used to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Labels, accessories, and where possible the original packaging should still be present. Please include a receipt or other proof of purchase where possible.
Exceptions
The voluntary 36 day return policy does not apply to individually manufactured or personalized goods, vouchers, or items explicitly excluded from this voluntary return policy in the respective product description.

After we have reviewed your request, you will receive a confirmation and further instructions for the return. You organize the return yourself and bear the direct costs of the return.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days. If you have not received a refund within 15 business days after receipt and approval of the return, please contact us at info@rollatorexperten.de.
Important
This voluntary 36 day return policy does not limit your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal.
