    Please pay the full amount by bank transfer, Klarna, credit card or PayPal. You will receive a full invoice.

    The desired rollator will be delivered to your preferred address via DHL - including hotels or holiday destinations.

  • 4. Collection

    Simply fold the rollator back up and place it back in the package. DHL will collect the package from your address.

How can I rent a rollator?

Simply select your desired rollator model here on the website, enter your address, and the price will be displayed. If you then decide to rent it, we will deliver the rollator to you within 3 working days.

At the end of the rental period, the rollator will be picked up by DHL from your preferred address. Completely hassle-free on your part.

How long can you rent a rollator?

Our rollators can be rented flexibly for short periods – ideal for rehabilitation, post-operative care or temporary mobility limitations.

However, it is also possible to rent the rollator for up to 3 years.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

How much does it cost to rent a rollator?

The cost of renting a rollator depends on the model and rental period. We offer fair, transparent prices with no hidden fees and favorable conditions for both short-term and long-term rentals.

Typically, daily rates range from €2 to €40, depending on the provider.

We charge a one-time flat fee of €25 for delivery and collection via DHL.

Will the rollator be delivered to my home?

Yes, we conveniently deliver every rollator to your front door or any other address of your choice (e.g. a hotel) and pick it up just as easily after the rental period.

Delivery is via DHL and takes a maximum of 3 working days.

Do you need a prescription to rent a rollator?

No, renting a rollator requires no prescription or paperwork. Simply select, order, and get going.

Are the rollators maintained and safe?

All models are professionally inspected, carefully cleaned and serviced before leaving our warehouse.

Can the rollator also be delivered to hotels, holiday apartments or clinics?

Yes, we deliver rollators to any address throughout Germany – including hotels, clinics, rehabilitation facilities and holiday apartments.
